10 am

Award-winning writer and cookbook author Debbie Moose’s class will show participants how to preserve family recipes and history through making a family cookbook. A family can lose so much when favorite recipes or cooking techniques are lost. When recipes are lost, the family also loses the lore and memories that go with them. We'll talk about options for organizing a cookbook, ways to get the recipes, and how to write recipes down in readable/usable form.
